What You’ll Be Doing:

Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing:

  • Develop and execute strategic social media recruitment campaigns to attract top talent for open positions
  • Create engaging content, including job postings, employee testimonials, company culture highlights, and behind-the-scenes videos, to promote Etech as an employer of choice
  • Optimize the company’s LinkedIn, career website, and job postings for better reach and engagement
  • Leverage social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X) to enhance employer brand visibility and attract job seekers
  • Implement both organic and paid social media strategies to expand the talent pool

Campaign Creation & Lead Generation:

  • Develop targeted marketing campaigns for recruitment, leveraging digital channels, and social media ads
  • Drive engagement through interactive social media initiatives, including employee spotlights, and culture-based storytelling
  • Monitor and optimize recruitment marketing campaigns based on data insights and analytics
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, including engagement rates, applicant conversions, and return on investment

Innovative Content & Community Engagement:

  • Collaborate with the HR and marketing teams to brainstorm and implement new ideas for employer branding and recruitment marketing
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging recruitment technologies
  • Engage with job seekers and potential candidates through comments, messages, and online networking
  • Foster a positive and engaging online community that showcases Etech’s values, work culture, and employee experiences

What We Expect You To Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred
  • Minimum of 6 months-2 years of experience in social media marketing, employer branding, or recruitment marketing
  • Proven ability to create and execute successful social media campaigns, both organic and paid, targeting job seekers and potential hires
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tactics, including content marketing, paid social advertising, LinkedIn job postings, and website career page optimization
  • Experience with recruitment marketing tools, social media analytics, and performance tracking
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling employer branding content
