Nacogdoches, TX – October 27, 2017 – Etech Global Services has returned from another successful trade show and networking event. The CCW *Fall* 2017 event held at the Horseshoe Bay Resort in Austin Texas gave Etech an opportunity to teach a workshop on “Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence – Moving CX Forward”. Many of the workshop attendees, left with a fresh understanding that AI does not replace human efforts; rather it complements the analysis of customer interaction through quality monitoring and is incomplete without the ‘human touch’.

Jim discussed how to blend automated technology with humans in order to improve customer experience.
